June 14, 2008 5pm CDT Team Leader final reports due to Lucy by email or telephone
June 15, 2008 (or sooner!) Photo input and music suggestions for opening photo montage due to Uncle Charlie
June 18, 2008 Welcome info due to Ginny
June 20, 2008 Last date for room reservations, unless sold out before 6/20 - make your own
July 10, 2008 Reunion arrival, welcome and check-in
July 13 2008 Reunion farewell, closing and check-out
